Campus Builders
The Campus Builders Program is for students who want to grow Web3 and Avalanche adoption inside their campus. This program is open to developers, marketers, creators, designers, community builders, and anyone interested in contributing to the ecosystem. Campus Builders are not title-holders. They are contributors who actively help onboard students, run activities, and build a sustainable campus community.
Who Can Join
You do NOT need to be a developer to join.
This program is for students who are interested in:
- Web3 development
- Blockchain marketing and growth
- Content creation and storytelling
- Community building and event operations
- Design, media, and creative work
- Learning and contributing to the Avalanche ecosystem
If you are willing to learn, contribute, and stay consistent — you are eligible.
Program Structure
The Campus Builders Program runs as a 3-month contribution cycle.
During this period, participants are expected to:
- Create or support a Web3-focused student group
- Help organize workshops, info sessions, or meetups
- Onboard students into Team1 programs and bootcamps
- Support content creation and social amplification
- Maintain consistent activity and reporting
There is no fixed playbook. Output matters more than formality.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Campus Builders are evaluated on:
- Quality of campus engagement (not just headcount)
- Consistency of activity across the cycle
- Student onboarding into programs and bootcamps
- Participation in ecosystem challenges
- Communication and follow-through
Low activity, one-time efforts, or ghosting are considered failure signals.
Guidelines & Rules
- Focus on quality over quantity
- Be transparent about challenges and blockers
- No fake registrations or inflated numbers
- Follow Team1 branding and communication guidelines
- Respect campus rules and permissions
- Avoid misleading claims about jobs or funding

- Recognition inside the Team1 ecosystem
- Swags, certificates, and ecosystem exposure
There is no fixed stipend. Value comes from access, learning, reputation, and long-term opportunities.
Final Note
This program is built for students who want to do real work and grow real communities, not collect titles.
If you show consistency, the ecosystem will invest in you.
